1. Acceptance of terms. By accessing and using MCP Builder ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service. MCP Builder generates MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. You describe the source and the rules, and you receive a downloadable file with the complete server and, if you enter an email address, a receipt by email.

3. Payment model. Each server has a price by source type ($5, $15 or $20 USD). In this version payments run in test mode: nothing is charged and the amounts are test amounts. There are no subscriptions.

4. Product ownership. The generated MCP server is yours to use, modify and distribute, including commercially. It is provided under the MIT License, and the license text is included in the generated project.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to generate MCP servers for illegal or malicious purposes, or that violate third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Availability. The service runs on free hosting plans. It may be slow, restart or be unavailable at times.

1. Information we collect. We only collect strictly necessary information: your email address (provided during payment) and the technical details of the MCP server you asked us to generate.

2. Use of information. Your email is used only to send you the purchase receipt and download instructions. We do not send spam or share your email with third parties.

3. Payment data. Your credit card data is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We never store or have access to your full card details.

4. Service providers. To provide the service we use: Featherless.ai (receives the server name, the resources and the instructions you write, never credentials, to derive the rules), ElevenLabs (receives the short sentence that is spoken, which includes the server name), Resend (delivers the receipt email) and GitHub and Render (hosting, which may log IP addresses). They process data only to provide their service.

5. Security. Communications use HTTPS. The site does not ask for your passwords or tokens: those stay on your machine. The support inbox needs an admin token.

6. Data retention and your browser. Usage counters, test orders and support messages are stored in our database. The database of this hackathon version will be deleted after the event. Your browser keeps your language and your last generated server in local storage, and we set no cookies of our own. To ask for your data to be deleted, use the support form and quote your ticket number.

How do I request a refund?

1. Contact our support team through the contact form.
2. Include your order ID (#MB-XXXXXX) and a description of the problem.
3. We would review your case and answer by email.

Cases not covered. Refunds are not issued if the problem is caused by incorrect user configuration, missing system requirements (e.g. Node.js not installed), or improper use of the MCP server.

MIT License

The MCP servers generated by MCP Builder, and the source code of MCP Builder itself, are licensed under the MIT License. This means you can:

• Use the code in personal and commercial projects
• Modify the code as you like
• Distribute the code (original or modified)
• Use it in private projects without restrictions

The only condition is to keep the copyright notice and the license text, which are included in the generated project.
