Demo notice

This text is a template for the hackathon demo, not a legal document. Payments are simulated and no card is charged. The payment and refund sections describe how a live service would work.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms. By accessing and using MCP Builder ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service. MCP Builder is a platform that generates MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers through an online payment process. The user configures the parameters of the desired server, makes a one-time payment, and receives a downloadable file with the complete server.

3. Payment model. Each MCP server is sold separately. The price varies by the type of data source selected ($5, $15 or $20 USD per server). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Product ownership. Once paid, the generated MCP server is yours to use without restrictions. The source code is delivered under the MIT license, which means you can modify it, distribute it and use it commercially.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to generate MCP servers for illegal or malicious purposes, or that violate third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect. We only collect strictly necessary information: your email address (provided during payment) and the technical details of the MCP server you asked us to generate.

2. Use of information. Your email is used only to send you the purchase receipt and download instructions. We do not send spam or share your email with third parties.

3. Payment data. Your credit card data is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We never store or have access to your full card details.

4. Security. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications. Our infrastructure follows industry security best practices.

5. Data retention. We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support.

Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

If the generated MCP server does not work as described in the documentation, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days after purchase.

How do I request a refund?

  1. Contact our support team through the contact form.
  2. Include your order ID (#MB-XXXXXX) and a description of the problem.
  3. Our team will review your case and process the refund within 48 hours.

Cases not covered. Refunds are not issued if the problem is caused by incorrect user configuration, missing system requirements (e.g. Node.js not installed), or improper use of the MCP server.

MIT License

The source code generated by MCP Builder is licensed under the MIT License. This means you can:

  • Use the code in personal and commercial projects
  • Modify the code as you like
  • Distribute the code (original or modified)
  • Use it in private projects without restrictions

The only condition is to keep the copyright notice and license included in the code.
